Aero-Industrial Manufacturing, Inc. is a precision CNC machining company in the Southern California area. We provide many machining services ranging from small, open tolerance fittings to high precision aerospace components. We are confident that we can satisfy any machining requirements you may have. We perform production and rapid prototyping for aerospace, communications, automotive, recreational and other industries. AIM has been in business since 1994. We have grown from two to nine CNC machines and now have over ten employees. Our staff includes employees with over 25 years experience in the CNC machining industry. Because of this experience, we are able to creatively solve complicated problems and fulfill our customers' needs in an efficient and timely manner.

AIM is equipped to meet the exacting standards specified by our customers. We manufacture high quality parts from stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and other specialty alloys. We use Virtual Gibbs computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software to create CNC programs. In this way we enhance the quality, accuracy and consistency of our parts. Furthermore, our fully equipped staff and QA department is involved in every step of our production to ensure that each job meets our client's specifications.

We have the ability to accept digital files by e-mail or floppy disk. The digital formats we support are .dxf, .igs, .pct, .bmp, .wmf, and .eps. We use JobBoss to schedule and manage shop load to ensure that parts are completed and shipped on time. Using JobBoss, work centers are scheduled to the minute to optimize shop load.
