1) All images created or modified by Dissymmetry are the sole property of Dissymmetry and may not be used, copied or changed without prior permission.
2) All scripting, coding and programming performed by Dissymmetry are the intellectual property of Dissymmetry and may not be used, copied or modified in any fashion without written permission.
3) Customers should not make modifications to the web sites set up by Dissymmetry without prior consent by Dissymmetry. Should repairs to the site be necessary due to unauthorized changes, additional fees may appy.
4) Dissymmetry does not provide internet or computer training.
5) If customer is not completely satisfied with final product, unless there are drastic changes from the original order, minor modifications will be free of charge.
6) Unless other arrangements are made in writing, payment in full is required upon completion of work.
7) Projects awarded to Dissymmetry Web Development will not be started until a signed Purchase Order has been received. Facsimile copies are acceptable, providing that the original is sent immediately after transmittal.
8) All changes to sites or service must be properly documented in signed Purchase Orders.
9) Sites containing adult content, promoting or engaging in illegal activities, or anything deemed offensive by Dissymmetry are subject to termination of services at the discretion of Dissymmetry.
10) All agreements and services are based on these terms and conditions and may be nullified at the discretion of Dissymmetry should any of these terms be violated.
